WORK & VALUES

Constructive Partnerships Ltd is  based in  Liverpool  and has provided bespoke consultancy services to a wide range of statutory and non-statutory organisations across England and Wales.


The main consultant has many years of experience as a clinically qualified commissioner and has a track record of improving services for people with mental health and intellectual disabilities (learning disabilities) as well as for people with autism by working across the NHS , Public Health , the third sector and local authorities.
 
Phil has also been directly active in the voluntary sector as a long-serving  trustee of charities like  the Liverpool & Sefton  YMCA, the Kind-fulness Café, Compass Counselling, and the SPARC charity. 
 
As both a commissioner and as a volunteer , his preferred working style is to operate across a range of organisations and professions, putting the user of services at the centre and in control of all planning and delivery.

STATUTORY
SECTOR

Working at all levels in an organisation, across a wide range of service areas such as: health care, adult social care, specialist housing, the criminal justice system, government
departments, borough and town councils and a wide range of voluntary sector
organisations across all ages.

VOLUNTARY
SECTOR

As a volunteer with a range of different third sector organisations both in the youth and adult sectors. These roles have included being a trustee and the Chair of   a number of charities, as well as providing free consultancy services into small voluntary organisations.

SKILLS

Lead commissioning roles in both health and social care
organisations as well as with the voluntary sector, developing new service specifications, standards, and pathways across a range of services both statutory and   non-statutory. Lead roles in the formulation and the revision of local, regional, and national polices
